I LOVE chocolate, anyone who knows me knows this about me.  Connie and I have been hard at work coming up with the best recipes that we can create, including of course, the perfect chocolate chip cookie.  After experimenting with different recipes we've created a classic chocolate chip cookie made with organic flour and organic cultured butter.  They've got a crisp outer crust and an ooey-gooey interior that makes us both want to eat more and more and more.  Next up, the perfect no-bake cookie!
